There is ample public car parking at both entry sites to the festival for patrons. Please respect our neighbours and do not camp or park on footpaths or private property.
The entry to the Festival is the main entry on Glenvale Road. There is a car park available there.
Festival Caravan and camping entry is via Gate 2 on the corner Glenvale & Harvey Road. All onsite camping must be pre-booked and paid online prior to the event.
Entry to the National Finals Rodeo is via Harvey Road. Turn right to enter via gate 6. All rodeo camping must be pre-booked and paid online prior to the event.
There is a separate entry for the National Finals Rodeo is Clive Berghofer Events Centre, Toowoomba Showgrounds, TOOWOOMBA QLD
Cully Fest is a family friendly event designed for families and individuals of all ages to enjoy music, discover the outback, and share in the community. Your kids do need to be supervised by either yourself or an appointed guardian at all times. Do explore our incredibly popular kids festival; designed for everyone to explore and enjoy as a family.
In a world where we are conditioned to use cards and not carry cash Eftpos is an extremely important festival facility and we have have it covered. There will be numerous Eftpos machines available for access around the Cully Fest site so you can access cash if and when required. There are no foreign card or travelers cheque facilities available on site however there are facilities available in Toowoomba which you can access prior to attending the festival.
Toowoomba showgrounds has mobile access for most carriers
The bars at Cully Fest 2017 provide a pleasant atmosphere to have a cool drink, unwind, and experience the great music, and the outback and Aboriginal culture.
We are dedicated to creating an amazing experience for everyone at Cully Fest; we ask that you drink responsibly and of course treat other patrons with respect. All bars are conducted strictly in accordance with regulations and under-aged patrons will not be served. Alcohol is not allowed to be taken outside licensed areas, and we adhere to a strict no BYO policy.
Smoke Free Zones
Cully Fest is a smoke free festival, with the exception of the designated smoking areas.
Smoking zones will be set up in accordance with the current smoking laws, and all bars, restaurants, venues streets and performance area will be smoke free.
There is a basic laundry facility at the Showgrounds with one machine and one dryer.
In an emergency it is always best to call 000.
Facilities for the Disabled
The event venue for Cully Fest has basic disabled facilities including disabled toilets in the main grounds.
There are no disabled showers on site however one disabled shower and toilet will be hired for the general camping area during the festival. The venue has bitumen roads that will be accessible for pedestrian traffic however some streets will be made on grassed areas.
It is our intention to make our event as accessible as possible for all members of the community. If you have any concerns or special needs you would like to discuss please make contact early and we will do everything that is practical to accommodate wherever possible.
