Apply to the event for which you purchase tickets (“Event”)
CONDITIONS OF SALE OF CULLY FEST TICKETS
It is important you read and understand the ticket terms & conditions as Cully Fest will not refund, exchange or replace any tickets.
Cully Fest may cancel, delay or stop the Event due to dangerous conditions, acts of God (including adverse weather) or for any other cause beyond its control. Ticket holders are not entitled to any refund in these circumstances.
CANCELLATION OF CULLY FEST TICKETS
Cully Fest has a 100% cancellation policy. Once you purchase your ticket Cully Fest will not refund, exchange or replace any tickets.
NAME ON TICKET TO CULLY FEST
The name of the ticket holder MUST match the name on the ticket. Photo identification will be required. Any discrepancies may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
There are a range of ticket types available for Cully Fest and we advise that you read through this information to work out which ticket type is the most suitable for you and your family.
Child tickets are offered for FREE when purchasing Adult tickets however are subject to our child ticket policy. A child deemed to be between the ages of 0 and 17 at the time of entering the festival. Child tickets can only be purchased with an adult ticket and will not be allowed to enter without their adult present at the gate.
Adult tickets are for people 18 years and over.
ADULT COUPLE TICKETS
Adult Couple tickets are for 18 years and over and offer a slight discount for the purchase of two tickets.
ENTRY TO CULLY FEST
Whilst attending the event patrons must not:
- Litter in the venue or surrounding area.
- Cause damage to, improperly use or tamper with any public facility or festival infrastructure.
- Operate any event equipment (generator, vehicle, sound and lighting system, two-way radio).
- Exit the venue via routes other than the designated exits and emergency exits.
- Cause any damage to flora and fauna on or surrounding the venue or enter any onsite bodies of water.
- Behave in a threatening or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, or insulting actions) towards other patrons or event staff
Breach of the above conditions may result in the removal of the patron from the site. Festival Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who:
- Cannot produce a valid ticket
- Produces a ticket that has been purchased or obtained through an unauthorised source or through illegal means
- Produces a ticket that has been duplicated
- Is in possession of and refuses to surrender any prohibited or illegal object
PROGRAMME CHANGES TO CULLY FEST FESTIVAL
While every attempt is made to present the programme as advertised, the programme may be subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given due to a change in programming.
WRISTBANDS FOR CULLY FEST FESTIVAL
Wristbands must be worn at all times. Lost, damaged or tampered with wristbands will NOT be replaced by Cully Fest.
Any replacement wristbands must be purchased at the full gate price.
Cully Fest reserves the right to evict any person who:
- Is found to have entered the site without a valid wristband. The person will be handed over to authorities and will face a charge of trespassing and be fined.
- Does not comply with these ticket Terms & Conditions.
- Is in possession of any illegal item. Carry bags may be searched prior to entry to the festival precinct.
- Is involved in any illegal activity, including underage drinking. The offender will have their wristband removed, the matter referred to the Police, and be escorted from the festival site.
- Is behaving in a manner that reasonably interferes with other patrons’ enjoyment of the festival.
- Is causing damage, being disruptive or threatens the safety of other people on the festival site.
- Evicted patrons will not be permitted to re-purchase tickets and must leave the festival site immediately.
GUARDIAN AT CULLY FEST
All minors must be accompanied to the festival by an adult Guardian including 0-17. Children are deemed to be 0 – 17 years of age at the time of entering the festival.A responsible Guardian of 25 years or older must accompany all child patrons (0-17 years old).
Each Guardian must be contactable by mobile phone whilst at the festival and must provide this number during the online ticketing process.
Each Guardian must present valid proof of age at the Festival Ticket Gate. This may cause delays in peak periods.
Any person under the age of 18 will be refused entry if their nominated Guardian is not accompanying them at the Event Ticket Gate.
Due to liquor licensing conditions within the Event precinct, all minors must be accompanied by a Guardian when they enter the Event precinct.
It is the responsibility of the Guardian to ensure that all minors they accompany comply with instructions issued by Event staff and/or contained in all permanent and temporary signage throughout the Event site.
Patrons under the age of 18 must not engage in any illegal or disruptive activities whilst on site. This includes underage drinking, use of illicit substances or any generally disruptive behaviour.
If a minor is evicted, their Guardian and all other accompanying minors will also be evicted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any breach of these conditions may result in the eviction of the Guardian and all accompanying minors from the Event site.
AGE AT TIME OF CULLY FEST
Ages are taken from the date of entry to the Event, please ensure you purchase the correct ticket type.
Valid proof of age is required for all ticket holders at the Event Ticket Gate.
Patrons may be photographed and/or filmed at the Event and that these images may be used for a variety of printed, online and broadcast promotional and/or internal purposes in relation to the Event. If patrons do not wish to be photographed or filmed for these purposes, they must advise the photographer/camera operator.
Sound/video recordings of performances cannot be made without prior written consent of Cully Fest. Photographs taken at the Event cannot be published without prior consent of Cully Fest.
FOOTWEAR AT CULLY FEST
Footwear is compulsory at all times.
PETS IN THE CULLY FEST FESTIVAL PRECINCT
No pets are allowed on the Event site.
SMOKING IN THE CULLY FEST FESTIVAL PRECINCT
Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only.
LIABILITY FOR CULLY FEST
Cully Fest takes no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. Patrons enter the venue at their own risk and to the maximum extent permitted by the law, Cully Fest, its employees and all other persons involved in the organisation, sponsorship and promotion of the Event accept no liability for any injury, loss, claims, costs, expenses or damage (collectively “Claims”) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect to the supply of goods or services, or the ticket holders attendance at the Event, including liability for negligence. Cully Fest, its employees and all other persons involved in the organisation, sponsorship and promotion of the event accept no liability for death or personal injury howsoever caused.
Each patron indemnifies Cully Fest and its organisers in respect of all Claims made in connection with their attendance at the Event and, to the full extent permitted by law, each patron releases and discharges Cully Fest, its employees and all other persons involved in the organisation, sponsorship and promotion of the Event, from all such Claims.
LIQUOR LICENSE AT CULLY FEST
The Event is a licensed event. BYO alcohol will not be permitted within the Event precinct. Bags will be searched at the Event precinct entry points.
Any person found involved in underage drinking or caught with BYO alcohol within the Event precinct will have their wristband removed, issued a citation and a fine by the Police, and evicted from the Event site. Guardians of any minors involved will also have their wristband removed and be evicted from the Event site.
PUBLIC PARKING FOR CULLY FEST
There is ample public parting available at Cully Fest which will be at Toowoomba Showgrounds. While parking is available we suggest you think about public transport or camping which creates a great festival experience and atmosphere.
If any of these Ticket Terms & Conditions are illegal or unenforceable, the offending part is to be disregarded and does not affect the remaining part.
This ticket is sold to you by the ticketing agency (the Agent) as an authorized agent of the venue or Promoter (the Vendor) or is sold to you direct by the Vendor. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with those available on the Agents website and or the Vendor website. Please check the Vendor’s website for information about pass-outs, disabled amenities, allowable items, smoking, food, drink and dress regulations.
Entry is at own risk. Any dangerous behavior will not be tolerated. The agent or Vendor shall not be held liable for any loss or, injury or damages sustained at the event or at the venue. The right to refuse entry is reserved. Intoxicated persons will not be admitted. You must have photographic identification to purchase alcohol.
The Vendor reserves the right to change the date, venue or entertainment. If the event is cancelled, only the face value of the ticket may be refunded. All refunds are at the Vendor’s discretion. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable if lost, stolen, damaged or unused. Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for commercial gain the ticket holder may be refused entry. Using this ticket for promotions or competitions without permission is not permitted. Ticket holders consent to be filmed as members of the audience. Any and all claims are the responsibility of the Vendor.
